The establishment of the site was supported by the Ministry of Social Affairs. One idea was to prepare an Intranet for OH specialists. The technical structure of the pages has been made so easy that updating does not require programming skills but just Internet connection to the administration of the pages. One of the main targets for the pages is to increase interactivity and feedback between Estonian experts. Additionally, there are simple tests and questionnaires to be filled by the users. The answers are automatically transformed to statistic figures.

Both Estonian and English pages are available. There are lots of links, questionnaires, meeting memoranda, news, etc. Estonian Newsletter articles can be found in pdf-form. Search engine is working well within the pages.
